Dunamis Process is a dynamic mentoring life coaching program for both youth and adults, providing psychosocial rehabilitation services. We provide services for youth and adults who meet an eligibility criteria.

Behavior Management - Clients learn how to positively reflect anger, manage conflicts and express their frustrations verbally. They learn the dynamic relationship between actions and consequences.

Social Competency - Clients learn interpersonal / social boundaries and gain confidence in their social skills.

Problem Identification and Resolution - Clients learn technique and gain confidence on how to problem solve.

Effective Communications - Clients learn how to listen to others and make their personal, interpersonal, emotional and physical needs known.

Moral Reasoning - Clients learn how to become more culturally relevant, and utilize moral guidelines and judgement.

Identity and Emotional Intimacy - Clients learn healthy strategies to become emotionally and interpersonally intimate with others.

Self-Sufficiency - Clients learn to build self-trust, self-confidence and self-reliance.

Life Goals - Clients learn to set and achieve specific, measurable and achievable goals.
Sense of Humor - Our clients develop humorous perspectives regarding life challenges.
